These terms cover what Crontent does for you, what you pay, who owns what comes out, and how either of us can walk away. Using the product means agreeing to them.
Crontent operates this service. “We” and “us” mean Crontent; “you” means the person or company using it. Reach us any time via the contact page.
You write a brief describing your product, audience, and voice. On the cadence your plan allows, Crontent researches your niche, reads sources, and drafts content you can review, steer, and publish. You can trigger a run yourself, and you can push finished pieces to connected destinations.
You need an account, you must give accurate details, and you are responsible for what happens under it — including anything done with your API keys. Keep them secret; tell us promptly if one leaks. One human per account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Every account gets one full research-and-draft run without a card. It is consumed by a run that completes and produces content, so a failed run does not spend it. Free accounts can read everything they generate, in full, indefinitely. What free accounts cannot do is publish, schedule, or run again — that is where paid plans begin.
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions charged in advance through Stripe. Starter and Pro are self-serve; Studio is arranged directly with us. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. If a payment fails we will retry it and may email you; if it keeps failing we may suspend paid features until it clears.
Current plans are offered as Founding Rate rates. While your subscription stays active and on the same plan, we will not raise your price — increases apply to new subscribers. If you cancel and later resubscribe, you get whatever price is current then, not your old one.
Plans differ by how often your product publishes. Starter allows a set number of runs each week; Pro removes the weekly cap subject to fair use. Fair use means we may contact you, and ultimately rate-limit you, if your usage is far outside the normal range and is degrading the service for others. We would rather have that conversation than cut you off, and we will not do it silently.
You can cancel any time from your billing settings — the same number of clicks it took to subscribe, with no email or phone call required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep your plan until then, and then the account drops to free. Your content stays readable.
Because you keep the access you paid for, we do not refund partial months.
You own your briefs and you own the content Crontent generates for you. We claim no licence to publish, resell, or reuse it beyond what is needed to run the service for you — storing it, processing it, and delivering it where you tell us. We own Crontent itself: the software, the pipeline, and the brand.
You grant us permission to use your content only to operate the service. If you ask us to publish to a third-party destination, you confirm you have the right to publish there.
Crontent drafts with large language models over material it finds on the web. That means:
We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section. Where the breach is serious or ongoing we may do so without notice.
Crontent depends on other providers, listed in our privacy policy. When one of them fails, Crontent may fail with it. If you connect a publishing destination, your use of that destination is governed by its own terms, not these.
We aim to keep Crontent running but do not offer a formal uptime guarantee. We may change, add, or remove features. If we remove something you rely on, or change these terms materially, we will tell you by email first.
You can stop using Crontent and delete your account whenever you like. We may close your account for a breach of these terms, or on reasonable notice if we discontinue the service — in which case we will refund any period you have paid for and not received, and give you a window to export your content.
Crontent is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of goodwill, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here excludes rights you have that cannot be excluded. In particular, Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply regardless of what this section says.
